Spun from Silence and Salt

Each spring, a time-honoured ritual unfolds on the uninhabited island of Rheneia, where Faye

shears her own flock of sheep. The wool is washed in the island’s sea, then gently cleansed with

green soap and dried beneath the Aegean sun.

Entirely hand-spun, the resulting thread is raw, pure, and deeply Cycladic—echoing the spirit of

the land it comes from.
